What Can I Expect During Treatment with the ULTRApulse® Alpha Laser?
During this in-office treatment, your medical provider will clean the treatment area and ensure you are comfortable. Once the oral medications, local anesthetics, and inhalation sedation takes effect, the ULTRApulse® Alpha laser will be guided over your skin and deliver short pulses of energy to the appropriate depth. This may emit a sensation of gentle heat, but most patients describe the feeling as mild snapping sensation. After treatment is complete, a hydrating gel will be applied to calm and moisturize the area. The entire process typically takes less than an hour.
